John Phillips Transport Ltd (JPT) was established in 1972 and has grown over the last 40 years into an experienced and professional family run business. We continually search profitable opportunities for expansion, diversification & optimising improvements.

Equipment

The company operates a fleet of mainly Scania’s and Volvo’s, both rigids and artics. We also operate Palfinger and Atlas cranes. Our fleet of trailers includes a full range from sliding bogie skellies, curtainsiders, flat beds, extendable flats, tippers, crane-mounted trailers including block-trailers.

Competence

With some very large customers, for example, ESB Networks, Samskip Multi-modal, Kilsaran and Bord na Mona, JPT enthusiastically seeks to develop its business with like-minded professional and competent business partners, both large and small.

Diversity

JPTs main activities are for state companies and multi-nationals across varying industries. This, along with the diversity of the fleet type, ensures we are not reliant on any one area or industry or indeed any specific customer.
